Quality Control for Our Furniture

Before the order can be confirmed finally, we would strictly check the material, color, dimension of the sample step by step, and we would send the material sample to you for confirmation.
We salesman, also as an order follower, would trace every phase of production from the beginning.
During producing, our QC team checks every semi-finished and finished product until loading.

Packing Details

Step 1: Packing with Bubble PE film and EPE laminated bag for the first layer.
Step 2: Wrapping up corner and wood frame exposed with thick EPE and corrugated cardboard for more protection.
Step 3: Packing with woven bag for the third layer, and marks of product information on it.
Packing method can be changed grounded on realities of situation and your requirements.
Before be packed, all metal legs would be removed and packed separately, and other part of the sofa would stay together. When you receive the sofa, what you would to do is only to unpack the packing and install these legs easily and simply. If there is any question, please feel free to tell us, we would solve for you as soon as possible.

About Warranty

Our products are 5 years warranty for outside material, 10 years for inside structure against manufacture defect in normal use, offer lifetime consultation on problems occurred, that is limited warranty. The limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in the components of Frames, seat and back cushions, and don't covers man-made damage and used illogically.
